Who processes your data on ewardega.pl and what rights you have.
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for collecting, processing and using personal data obtained from you by the online store operated at ewardega.pl (hereinafter the “Website”) by Ewa Wardęga, conducting business under the name YourSPAce Ewa Wardęga, 86-050 Solec Kujawski ul. Żniwna 1 A, NIP 556-265-15-96, hereinafter the “Online Store”).
The Online Store makes every effort to ensure respect for your privacy and the protection of the personal information you provide while using the Website and making purchases in the Online Store, and to this end takes all necessary measures.

The Online Store will collect the following personal data from you through the Website and other forms of communication when you make purchases and register on the Website:
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing services by electronic means and concluding and performing contracts for the sale of goods ordered in the Online Store operated on the Website (the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
In addition, your data may be processed for marketing purposes, provided that you give separate consent to this (the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation).
If you fill out a contact form in an ad on Facebook or Instagram (a Meta Lead Ads form), the Controller receives from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited the data you entered in the form: your first and last name, your email address, phone number and your answers to the questions in the form. If you send an email to the Controller, we process your email address, your first and last name and the content of the correspondence.
We process this data to reply to your inquiry and to present the offer of the course you are asking about (the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) of that Regulation, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Controller in conducting correspondence). We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and, if a contract is concluded, in accordance with point 10.
We send the newsletter with information about courses, dates and promotions only to people who have consented to it: by ticking the newsletter consent in a Meta Lead Ads form, by signing up through the newsletter form on the Website, or by confirming that they want to receive the newsletter in reply to an email from the Controller. Simply sending a contact form or an email does not constitute consent to the newsletter. The legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation and Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024).
You can withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any newsletter or by writing to wardegaacademy@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of mailings sent before it was withdrawn. We send the newsletter via MailerLite, which processes data on behalf of the Controller.
The recipients of your personal data will be courier companies, payment operators and IT service providers, for the purpose of fulfilling your order. In such cases, the amount of data transferred is limited to the necessary minimum. In addition, the information you provide may be disclosed to the competent public authorities if required by applicable law.
Your personal data will be processed until the termination of the contract for the provision of services by electronic means, or until the limitation period for claims under the sales contract expires, or until the obligation to retain data under the law expires, in particular the obligation to retain accounting documents relating to the sales contract.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, as well as the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation).
Your data may be transferred to third countries in connection with the technical solutions used. In the case of such a transfer, appropriate and suitable safeguards required by personal data protection laws are applied.
The Online Store makes every possible effort to secure your data and protect it against the actions of third parties. We apply all necessary security measures to servers, connections and the Website in order to protect your data.
All connections related to your electronic payments, if you choose this option, will take place via a secure encrypted connection.
However, the measures we take may prove insufficient if you do not follow security rules yourself. In particular, you must keep your login and password to the Website confidential and not share them with third parties. Please remember that the Online Store will never ask you to provide them, except when you enter them while logging in to the Website. To prevent unauthorized persons from using your account, please log out after you finish using the Website.
You can view and edit your data at any time on the Website after logging in with your email address and password. If you forget your password or experience other problems logging in, please contact us at: wardegaacademy@gmail.com
The Website may periodically contain links to other websites. Such websites operate independently of the Website and are in no way supervised by the Online Store. These websites may have their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read. The Online Store is not responsible for the data handling practices of these websites.
When the Customer visits the Online Store website, the following data are collected automatically: IP address, domain name, browser type and operating system type. These data may be collected through “cookies” and the “Google Analytics” system.
“Cookies” means computer data, in particular text files, stored on users' end devices and intended for the use of websites. These files make it possible to recognize the user's device and to display the website appropriately, tailored to the user's individual preferences, and to optimize the use of websites.
“Cookies” usually contain the name of the website they come from, the length of time they are stored on the end device and a unique number. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics that help understand how the user uses websites, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content, without personally identifying the user.
Two types of “cookies” are used: “session” and “persistent”. The former are temporary files that remain on the user's device until the user logs out of the website or closes the software (web browser). “Persistent” files remain on the user's device for the time specified in the “cookies” parameters or until the user deletes them manually. “Cookies” used by partners of the website operator, including in particular users of the website, are subject to their own privacy policies.
Personal data collected using “cookies” may be collected solely for the purpose of performing specific functions for the user. Such data are encrypted in a way that prevents access by unauthorized persons.
By default, web browsing software allows “cookies” to be placed on the end device. These settings can be changed in the web browser settings so as to block the automatic handling of “cookies” or to notify the user each time they are sent to the user's device. Detailed information about the options and ways of handling “cookies” is available in the software (web browser) settings. Restricting the use of “cookies” may affect some of the functionality available on the website.
In any case, you can block the installation of cookies or delete persistent cookies using the relevant options of your web browser. If you have any problems, we recommend consulting your browser's help file or contacting the manufacturer of the browser you use.
